JKL Solutions Ltd are pleased to announce the completion of it’s acquisition of the goodwill of T&H Office Supplies Ltd on the 2nd November 2015. JKL are very excited to be adding this great company to our Group and believe the efforts of our combined teams will bring added value and greater opportunities to our loyal and dedicated customers.

Our strategic vision is to provide a service that delivers open, honest and measurable value. The acquisition of T&H supports this vision and provides a perfect fit from which the combined companies will grow and prosper as operations are merged. JKL’s continued goal is to provide all our customers with market leading service and solutions, consistent sales account management team, delivery representatives and the JKL Solutions industry award winning customer care team.

Winners of the BOSS Federation 2015 Over £2m Award

On the 15th October 2015 at the Birmingham Metropole Hotel, JKL Solutions Ltd were awarded the main award for the year of Dealer Excellence for companies with a turnover over £2 million.

The BOSS Federation is the trade association which serves the UK office supplies and services industry. The Award recognises and rewards those in the industry who can demonstrate real excellence, through innovation and the successful performance of their business, with clear demonstration of sales growth.

The whole JKL Solutions team are very excited and proud to have not only been recognised for their tireless dedication and commitment to their work but also for the contribution that they have made to the industry. This award not only demonstrates and strengthens our position as an award winning business, but also validates our vision of delivering open and honest measurable value as core to our beliefs and company values.

A New Year and a New Home for JKL Solutions

2014 was another year of exciting growth and expansion for Hertford based JKL Solutions, which also saw them celebrate their 5th birthday in April.

This has seen an additional 4 office based staff recruited to ensure the continued high levels of service and customer delight are maintained and 3 new external Sales people as well.

With this ongoing growth and recruitment it meant the time was right to make the next step of what has become a very exciting journey and seek new premises, with their old office starting to strain at the seams!

With increased office and warehousing space, along with a number of key technical infrastructure improvements invested in as well, JKL Solutions new Head Quarters, still in Hertford, will see the next phase of their growth and beyond.

Director Nick Miles explained his delight “It’s great to be able to continue the planned growth of JKL and find these new premises. With the new internal staff and the new recruits to the external Sales Team we are maintaining our position as the leading Dealer, delivering a nationwide proposition, and have everything in place to have another remarkable year in 2015”.

JKL Solutions Acquire OSO (Buckingham) Ltd

April 2014

JKL Business Holdings Ltd are pleased to announce the acquisition of Buckingham based office supplies company OSO (Buckingham) Ltd.

This strategic alliance has enabled the JKL Group to expand into a desired geographical area currently serviced by Robin Stoton and his team. OSO will continue to operate from their offices in Maids Moreton ensuring continuity of supply and service, and more importantly the OSO name, which is very well respected in the area.

Robin Stoton from OSO said “We are very proud to be associated with a group that strives to provide open and honest service, and one that puts its customers first. OSO will benefit greatly from being part of the JKL Group, and look forward with excitement to a very successful future partnership and one that I know will bring with it fantastic opportunities for growth.”

This is the latest stage in the JKL Group’s growth strategy taking overall turnover to over £5 million.

JKL Solutions win 2 more Industry Awards

One of the highlights of the calendar year in the office supplies industry is the Spicers “Brilliant Partners” annual conference and awards ceremony. This gives over 170 UK based office supplies companies the opportunity to hear about key new initiatives being developed for the coming 12 months. Nick Miles – Director, Nathan Rice – Director and Gavin Smith – Sales Director all attended from JKL Solutions and spent the day hearing about product range development and new services that JKL’s growing portfolio of customers will benefit from and have access to over the coming months.

This will supplement the comprehensive solutions already in place which positions JKL as a true “one stop shop” for many of their customers where office supplies and workplace solutions are concerned. And to cap off an excellent day JKL Solutions were called to the stage not once but twice, to collect awards for their sales growth over the past 12 months. A delighted Nick Miles said “to be honoured for the on-going progress we are making as a business is fantastic and further demonstrates that when you do the basic things consistently really well and get the right people, deliver the right service and provide the right price you can and will grow in this industry”

JKL Solutions triumph in Spicers Going for Gold Growth Competition

JKL Solutions were thrilled at being crowned Spicers “Going for Gold” Winners at the recent Spicers Gold for Gold Convention. Out of 3,000 companies eligible to qualify to attend this prestigious event, through the strong growth achieved through July, August and September JKL Solutions was one of just 15 office supplies companies who reached this final stage. Lord Digby Jones announced the winner and Tom Rodda, Sales and Marketing Director for Spicers presented the winning ticket to Nick Miles, Director, Nathan Rice, Director and Gavin Smith, Sales Director of JKL Solutions.

JKL Solutions acquire KA Office

JKL Solutions are pleased to announce that they have completed the acquisition of Lincoln based Office Supplies company KA Office.

With the present owners, Ken and Anne Heron, looking to retire, they were searching for the right company to purchase the customer base so that they could be sure that the values of customer service upheld by KA Office would be continued.

With this acquisition, all of KA Office customers will be serviced from the JKL Head Office in Hertford and will receive the very highest service levels available in the industry.

This is just the latest stage in the progression of JKL Solutions, and takes overall turnover to £4 million.
